1. SPONSOR

The Elevated to Vegas Sweepstakes is sponsored by Chron Club, Top Crop, and Dark Matter, collectively referred to as the "Sponsor."

2. ELIGIBILITY

The Sweepstakes are open only to participants who enter by following one of the ways to enter as described below in Section 4 and who are twenty-one years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, participating brands, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other parties associated with the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members include spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents. Void where prohibited by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Mountain Time on February 1, 2026, and ends at store closing time on April 20, 2026. Sponsor's computer system is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are multiple ways to enter the Sweepstakes. Limitations apply as described below.

A. Purchase Entries: Eligible participants may earn entries by purchasing participating Elevated and Solstice branded products at any participating Top Crop or Dark Matter dispensary location within the state of New Mexico during the Sweepstakes Period. The number of entries earned per purchase may vary by promotion and will be clearly communicated in store or at the time of purchase.

B. Chron Club Points Entries: Chron Club members may exchange Chron Club reward points for Sweepstakes entries through their Chron Club wallet during the Sweepstakes Period. Entry exchange rates may vary and are subject to availability and program rules.

C. Mail-In Entry: To enter without making a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 3 inch by 5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail in entries must be postmarked by April 20, 2026, and received within five business days thereafter to be eligible. Mail in entries must be handwritten. Mechanical reproductions or photocopies are not permitted. Limit one mail-in entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. ENTRY LIMITS

There may be limits on the number of entries per person, per day or per method of entry. Sponsor reserves the right to impose reasonable entry limits to ensure fair play and compliance with applicable laws. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. PRIZE

One Grand Prize Winner will receive the following:
• $5,000 cash
• One $2,000 Visa gift card
Approximate Retail Value of the prize is $7,000. The Visa gift card may be used by the winner toward travel expenses, including but not limited to airfare and hotel accommodations for a trip to Las Vegas, Nevada. Travel is not required to claim the prize. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ODDS

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor shortly after the Sweepstakes Period ends. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each entry represents one chance to win. Participants with multiple entries will have proportionally increased chances of winning.

8. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via phone, email, or Chron Club account contact information on file. If the selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, fails to respond, fails to complete required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

9. VERIFICATION AND RELEASE

Winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permitted, a Publicity Release within a specified time period. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. PUBLICITY

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. GENERAL CONDITIONS

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Sponsor's representatives, or by violating these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use, including any income taxes. Winner may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage.

Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in transmission, communication, or lines; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (f) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

13. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES

IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, TIME, OR DATA OR LOSS OF PROFITS OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES OR ACCEPTANCE OR USE OF ANY PRIZE, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY UNDER WHICH SUCH LIABILITY IS ASSERTED. THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF DAMAGES A SUCCESSFUL PARTY CAN COLLECT AGAINST THE SPONSOR SHALL BE NO GREATER THAN THE STATED VALUE OF THE PRIZE.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PRIZES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

15. GOVERNING LAW

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico, without regard to conflict of law principles, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

16. WINNER LIST

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address listed above within thirty days of the Sweepstakes end date.
