1. Sponsor

The Chron Club $1,000 Shopping Spree Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is presented by Chadcor Holdings NM LLC, 2240 E. Lohman Ave #1, Las Cruces, NM 88001, in partnership with Chron Club, Top Crop, and Dark Matter, collectively referred to as the "Sponsor."

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the state of New Mexico or the state of Oregon who enter by following one of the ways to enter described in Section 4 and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of Sponsor, affiliated companies, advertising or promotional agencies, and any other parties associated with the administration of this Sweepstakes are not eligible to enter or win. Immediate family members include spouse, parents, siblings, children, and grandparents. Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM local time on November 1, 2026 (Mountain Time in New Mexico, Pacific Time in Oregon) and ends at 11:59 PM local time on November 30, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Sponsor's computer system is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. Limitations apply as described below.

A. Chron Club Points Entries: Chron Club members may redeem 100 Chron Club reward points for one (1) entry through their Chron Club wallet during the Sweepstakes Period, up to a maximum of five (5) points entries per member. Points entries are assigned to the state of the member's Chron Club store. Chron Club membership is free.

B. Mail-In Entry: To enter without redeeming points or making a purchase, hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, phone number, date of birth, and state of residence (New Mexico or Oregon) on a 3 inch by 5 inch card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by November 30, 2026, and received within five (5) business days thereafter to be eligible. Mail-in entries must be handwritten; mechanical reproductions or photocopies are not permitted. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Mail-in entries are assigned to the state of residence written on the card. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned.

5. Entry limits

Each entrant is limited to five (5) Chron Club points entries and one (1) mail-in entry per day during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor reserves the right to impose reasonable entry limits to ensure fair play and compliance with applicable laws. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

6. Prizes

Two (2) prizes will be awarded: one (1) to an eligible New Mexico entrant and one (1) to an eligible Oregon entrant. Each winner will receive:

• A $1,000 in-store shopping spree: eligible products totaling up to $1,000 at regular retail price, selected and purchased in a single visit to a participating Top Crop or Dark Matter dispensary in the winner's state of residence.

The shopping spree must be used in one (1) visit within thirty (30) days of the winner being notified. Any value not used in that visit is forfeited. The prize has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash or credit, and no change will be given. All purchases are subject to valid government-issued photo identification, applicable state and local law, and state purchase and possession limits. Approximate Retail Value of each prize is $1,000; total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes is $2,000. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of a prize is permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

7. Winner selection and odds

Two separate random drawings will be conducted by Sponsor shortly after the Sweepstakes Period ends: one from all eligible New Mexico entries and one from all eligible Oregon entries. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the entrant's state. Each entry represents one chance to win. Participants with multiple entries will have proportionally increased chances of winning.

8. Winner notification

Potential winners will be notified via phone, email, or Chron Club account contact information on file. If a selected winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable time, fails to respond, fails to complete required documentation, or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from the same state's eligible entries.

9. Verification and release

Winners may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where legally permitted, a Publicity Release within a specified time period. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, and city of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. General conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it determines, in its sole discretion, that such entrant has attempted to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, deception, or other unfair practices or intends to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants, Sponsor, or Sponsor's representatives, or by violating these Official Rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for technical malfunctions of any kind. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use, including any income taxes. Winners may receive an IRS Form 1099 for the value of the prize.

12. Limitation of liability

By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, death, and property damage.

Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, illegible, or postage-due entries or mail; (b) telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (c) errors in transmission, communication, or lines; (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (e) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of the prize or acceptance, possession, or use of the prize, or from participation in the Sweepstakes; or (f) any printing, typographical, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes.

13. Limitation of damages

In no event will the Released Parties be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages (including loss of use, time, or data or loss of profits or business opportunity or diminution in value) arising out of or in connection with entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of any prize, whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages and regardless of the legal theory under which such liability is asserted. The maximum amount of damages a successful party can collect against the Sponsor shall be no greater than the stated value of the prize.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Prizes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

15. Governing law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the state of New Mexico for New Mexico entrants and the laws of the state of Oregon for Oregon entrants, without regard to conflict of law principles, for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or these Official Rules.

16. Winner list

To request the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the address listed in Section 4 within thirty (30) days of the Sweepstakes end date.
